The principal businesses of the Group are the designing, manufacturing and marketing of electronic products and light-related items. Business on OEM agreements occupy over 50% of our manufacturing capacity while the remaining facilities are allocated to the assembling of T-LITE? and GERMAIN? branded products.

The Group's principal lighting products are LED bulb, LED tube, LED Street lamp, energy-saving lamps, rechargeable emergency lights, battery-operated lanterns and flashlights. Other lighting products manufactures by the Group include mobile lights, solar lamps, aluminum flashlights and diving torches. In recent years we have focused our lighting product line for more professional user. Currently we are manufacturing and developing lighting products which are used by professional divers, police and the military. These products require high quality standards, technical know-how in development and manufacturing, and incorporate state of the art lighting technology.

Our company's current product lines include:

Currently, the premises occupied by the Group in Hong Kong and PRC (excluding the undeveloped area in Dongguan) measure in total approximately 75,000 square meters. The Directors believe that the Group is one of the major Hong Kong based manufacturers of energy-saving lamps and rechargeable emergency lighting products. In the future we plan to establish ourselves in the LED Light products field.

The directors consider that the Group's principal advantages over its competitors are its innovative products designs and its strong research and development capabilities, which are complemented by strong relationship with its OEM customers.
